Our offices

Our offices are located in the 9th district, with a view on the roofs of Paris. You can go to the office every day. If you wish to work remotely, it is also possible.

Our benefits

  • 1 day off: the number of paid days off offered to each IDOYA employee on the occasion of his or her birthday

  • Training: all our employees benefit from 6 days of training (42 hours) as part of the integration process, spread out over a few weeks on themes related to the consultants' job

  • Meals: SWILE card with 10€ per day, 55% paid by IDOYA

  • 2 lunches: over the year, each consultant can be offered 2 lunches by IDOYA with one or more colleagues of his/her choice

  • Part-time: a part-time rhythm is possible within IDOYA

  • Profit-sharing: to be implemented soon

For me, joining IDOYA as part of my apprenticeship means realising my ambition to meet the challenges facing companies by offering solutions for both human and strategic transformation. As soon as I arrived, I worked on a mission for a client which, along with the various training courses offered by the team, enabled me to quickly grasp the challenges of a consulting company like IDOYA.
