Who are we ?

IDOYA, a company with a mission since its creation and pending B-Corp, is a consulting firm in transformation and change management with around fifteen consultants. We support large industrial groups and ETIs, services, the public sector or associations in France and abroad, in the implementation of their strategic plans, transformation programs or development initiatives.

We work with managers and operational staff to deploy their projects at all levels of the organization, even in the daily lives of the teams.

At IDOYA, we are united by the same entrepreneurial ambition, and convinced that it is by carrying out transformations in an inclusive manner that we obtain tangible and lasting results. The challenge we take up with each mission: to move from an intention initiated by a few to a collective project, inspiring and meaningful, allowing each of the stakeholders to adopt change rather than undergo it.

 

Examples of assignments

Our interventions cover a wide spectrum, from the architecture of major strategic programs to their deployment with the collective mobilization of stakeholders, whether to: gain operational efficiency, optimize costs, deploy a new ambition, take a strategic shift , develop new offers for new markets, develop customer culture, attract talent, etc.

They have everything in common to deal with the human problems of transformations. Concretely, our missions can concern operational subjects (deployment of a new operational model, a new organization or a new governance, adoption of new processes, dissemination of the culture of innovation, operational efficiency) or subjects HR or managerial (business or cultural developments, change in operating methods, overhaul of HR policies and processes, prospective management of employment and skills, social dialogue, etc.)

Your responsibilities

As a senior consultant, you will be entrusted with four types of missions:

• Interventions on missions, supervised by a manager or a partner, for all types of clients (no sectorization of consultants at IDOYA)

• Supervision of junior, trainee or work-study consultants and their skills development

• Internal missions to develop the notoriety of the firm, its positioning, its image with external stakeholders but also its CSR policy, with great autonomy.

• Participation in the firm's commercial actions (such as writing proposals, for example)

 

The work environment and your integration

Our offices are located in the 9th arrondissement with a view of the rooftops of Paris, you can go there every day. If you wish to telecommute, this is also possible. A manager of the firm will be your mentor: he/she will be in charge of your integration and will follow your development as your missions progress.

A committed firm, we are committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. Wanted profile

Graduated from an engineering or business school, or from a university, you speak French and English and:

• Curious by nature, ready to take up challenges, you want to surpass yourself

• Your analytical and listening skills and your writing skills allow you to quickly be relevant in new contexts

• You like to deal with several subjects at the same time, dare to be heard and take initiatives

• You want to be part of a demanding, united and human-sized team

• You have both an entrepreneurial spirit and a great rigor of execution

• You have a first professional experience of 3 to 5 years in business or in consulting on human issues
